Pursuant to a notice posted on February 26, 2025, and permission granted on February 27, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative VanDeaver, at 8:02 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives VanDeaver; Campos; Bucy; Collier; Cunningham; Frank; Johnson; Jones, Jolanda; Olcott; Pierson; Shofner; and Simmons.

A quorum was present.
