CORRECTED MINUTES

On May 8, 2025, the House Committee on Public Health authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Health held on April 28, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 23, 2025, revised on April 25, 2025, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 24, 2025, and permission granted on April 28, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative VanDeaver, at 8:08 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives VanDeaver; Campos; Bucy; Cunningham; Frank; Johnson; Jones, Jolanda; Olcott; Pierson; Schofield; Shofner; and Simmons.
