Pursuant to a notice posted on May 21, 2025, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 21, 2025, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative VanDeaver, at 8:07 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives VanDeaver; Cunningham; Frank; Jones, Jolanda; Pierson; Schofield; Shofner; and Simmons.
