Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2025, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Craddick, at 8:05 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Craddick; Perez, Mary Ann; Curry; Gámez; Harris Davila; Hefner; LaHood; Little; Morales, Christina; Morales, Eddie; Patterson; and Paul.

A quorum was present.

The Chairman made opening remarks.
