CORRECTED MINUTES

On May 12, 2025, the House Committee on Ways & Means authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Ways & Means held on May 5, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 5, 2025, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Meyer, at 1:15 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Meyer; Martinez Fischer; Button; Capriglione; Gervin-Hawkins; Hickland; Muñoz; Noble; Perez, Vincent; Troxclair; Turner; and Vasut.

A quorum was present.

SB 4

The chair laid out SB 4 as pending business.

Representative Hickland moved that SB 4, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Button moved that SJR 2, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
