Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 9, 2025, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Meyer, at 1:17 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Meyer; Bernal; Button; Capriglione; Gervin-Hawkins; Muņoz; Noble; Perez, Vincent; Troxclair; Turner; and Vasut.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the April 24, 2025 minutes for the House Committee on Ways & Means be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

The chair laid out HB 3076 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that HB 3076, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
