The committee will meet to consider pending business and the following bills:

HB 3032        Howard                                                
Relating to a study by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board in coordination with other state agencies on the feasibility of developing clinical sites for nursing students.

HB 3434        Tinderholt                                            
Relating to prohibiting public institutions of higher education from setting aside a portion of designated tuition for student financial assistance.

HB 3574        Smithee                                               
Relating to the maximum number of nonresident scholarship students permitted to pay resident tuition and fees at certain public institutions of higher education.

HB 5339        Wilson                                                
Relating to the advancing research for agricultural sustainability and pesticide harm reduction in institutions of higher education.

HB 5646        Wilson                                                
Relating to in-state tuition for certain students in military related programs.

The length of public testimony and the number of witnesses may be limited at the discretion of the chair.
